DIVO is our pride and joy.  With multiple Champions in his bloodline,

We consider DIVO to be one of the most beautiful Sires in the US.

Divo doing his "Show Puppy Prance"

We gave Divo a summer cut and took video just to show off his spetacular show puppy prance.  Notice his beautiful confirmation, his muscular stature, wonderfully square build and his magnificient movement.  Divo prances like a show pony.  This is the "magic in motion" you do not see when they are covered in long hair.  Please excuse Divo's pit stop and water break...That is just what dogs do!!!

There will be more many pictures to come. We will also be posting AKC Pedigrees & Health Certificates.

We are still under construction.  Thank You for your patience.

We are also happy to announce that Divo is CLEAR of Lens Luxation.

Lens Luxation has been surfacing in certain lines of Tibetan Terriers.   The Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) is offering genetic testing through the University of Missouri to see if your TT is a carrier of the gene.    http://www.offa.org/dnatesting/

The ONLY way to breed this horrible disease out of Tibetan Terrier lines, is not to breed dogs who are carriers of the gene.   Ask your breeder if their dogs have tested for Lens Luxation and ask what the results of the testing were.   Announcing that they do the testing for LL does not mean the dog was CLEAR of Lens Luxation.   You may also ask the breeder to forward you a copy of the results.   From my understanding, it takes both parents to be carrier of the LL gene, in order for the puppy to be a candidate for getting the disease.   But the gene for LL can still be passed on with one parent being a carrier.   Even though the puppies will not get the disease, the gene can still be passed to the next generation.

Primary Lens Luxation is an inherited disorder in which the zonules or suspensory fibers degenerate.   Both eyes are prone to dislocation of the lens.  If not treated immediately, blindness can occur.   Symptoms are cloudiness of eye (may turn white), pain, redness or inflammation.   You can read more at:
